If the fire Alarm Sounds:
v Do not use the elevator.
v Remain Calm
v Depending on the location of the fire, use the stairways
v Assist disabled, elderly or those who may require assistance
v Move upwind at least 100 feet away from the building and beyond designated fire lanes
v Do not go to your automobile or attempt to exit the parking lot. This could hinder or block access of emergency vehicles
v Do not congregate near building exits, driveways for roadways
v Do not return for coats purses, briefcases ext, after you have left the building
v Do not re-enter the building until an “all clear is issued by the Fire Chief or his designee
v Do not re-set the fire alarm. This is the responsibility of the fire department
