Inclement Weather Policy

For:  Tornados . . . Watch/Warning Policy

All Church services and events are canceled if a Tornado WATCH for Ottawa Country is in effect 1 hour prior to a service or event.  If a Tornado WATCH goes into effect during a service or event, the service or event continues and someone will watch weather reports.  If a Tornado WARNING is in effect 1 prior to a service or event, the service or event is canceled.  If a Tornado WARNING is issued during a service or event, people will be directed to the safest part of the church.


For:   Snow and other inclement weather

If Hudsonville Public Schools cancel classes, all AM scheduled activities at church are canceled.  A determination for evening scheduled activities will be made by 12:00 PM by the office staff.  Cancellation notification will be communicated on the Church web site, appropriate TV stations, radio stations and recorded on the prayer line (669-8444).  Determination of cancellation of Sunday Worship services will be made by the Vice President and the Pastor.  Cancellation notification of a Sunday Worship service will be communicated on the Church web site, appropriate TV stations, radio stations and recorded on the prayer line (669-8444).
